1. About Finance Agent
Finance Agent is a private personal finance application intended for personal, non-commercial use by its owner.
It provides tools for accessing, organising and analysing personal financial information.
2. Banking connectivity
Finance Agent may connect to financial institutions using Enable Banking and Open Banking APIs.
Bank authentication takes place through the relevant financial institution or authorised banking-connectivity provider.
Use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and conditions.
3. Read-only purpose
Finance Agent is intended primarily to access and analyse account-information data.
The application is not designed to:
initiate payments
transfer funds
create beneficiaries
execute investment transactions
trade financial assets
4. Financial information and analysis
Finance Agent may provide calculations, forecasts, summaries, categorisations and AI-generated observations based on available financial data.
These outputs are provided for personal informational purposes only.
They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice.
5. Accuracy
Financial information may depend on data supplied by banks, Open Banking providers and other third-party systems.
Transactions may be delayed, pending, amended or unavailable.
While Finance Agent aims to calculate financial information accurately, no guarantee is made that balances, transaction data, forecasts or other outputs will always be complete, current or error-free.
Important financial decisions should be verified against the relevant financial institution or other authoritative source.
6. Availability
Finance Agent depends on third-party services including financial institutions, banking APIs and hosting infrastructure.
Access may therefore occasionally be interrupted, delayed or unavailable.
No guarantee of continuous or uninterrupted availability is provided.
7. Data and privacy
Processing of personal and financial information is described in the Finance Agent Privacy Policy.
Finance Agent does not intentionally collect or store banking passwords.
8. Third-party services
Finance Agent may rely on third-party services such as Enable Banking, database and hosting providers, and artificial intelligence providers.
Those services operate under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

Finance Agent is currently a private tool and is not offered to the public as a commercial financial service.
Access must not be resold, sublicensed or made available to third parties through the application.
